Clay Farrer, co-owner, formed Deploy Personnel in 2020 and is the executive leader responsible for driving all operational aspects of the company. His extensive history of service and high performance within medical response environments provides expertise and value in providing and promoting the well-being of community citizens. Farrer has compiled nearly two decades of healthcare industry and medical field practices and knowledge of the medical staffing business.

Farrer’s leadership experience began with a progressive career in the military where he was an NCO serving as an infantry team leader, squad leader, Combat Medic and Battalion level Medical Section Chief. He completed the Army’s Primary Leadership Development Course. 

He has performed in both the clinical (while in the Army) and the pre-hospital (as a civilian paramedic) setting where he directed, consulted with or worked alongside doctors, nurses, technicians and other medical staff. Farrer has maintained medical credentialing in his roles as a licensed paramedic and EMT. This extensive experience provides a deep understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and compassion necessary within patient care.

Farrer is well known for his impressive leadership and training skills and strong financial accountability. His calm and confident demeanor is well-received by all client stakeholders and employees, alike.  He develops teams that are well equipped to meet the ever-changing needs of each client or environment.
